Many Current Homeowners consider a Home Check-up as a routine maintenance program every 1-3 years allowing them to plan for larger expenses or make sure small repairs don't become extensive and expensive.

Add the PLUS package to Whole Home or Home Check-up Inspections for a more in-depth inspection. These are items that are out-of-scope and NOT in our InterNACHI's Standards of Practice.

NEW CONSTRUCTION

This inspection is intended to review the completions of a newly constructed home. Things happen and items are missed. This can assist in having issues corrected before you move in all your possessions.

11-MONTH WARRANTY

$325 - $425

This inspection is a full inspection for new construction. Most builders offer a one year warranty so it's a good idea to have your home

inspected for defects before time runs out.

4 POINT

$225 - $325

This inspection includes four systems; Roof, HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing. It is a less costly inspection than the complete Whole Home Inspection. It is mainly designed to satisfy Insurance Companies on your coverage.

RADON TESTING

This test will give you confidence that your family is protected. Radon is a cancer-causing natural radioactive gas that seeps into homes through the ground but you can't see, smell, or taste. Nebraska has a very high incidence of radon in homes.
